Ubisoft has now officially confirmed their new Assassin Creed game, titled “Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag“.  Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemont also mentioned recently that this new entry will have new setting and a new main character, one rumoured to be Connor’s grandfather, privateer Edward Kenway.

Also such as their similar deal with AC3 with the exclusive Benedict Arnold DLC, Ubisoft also confirmed that Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag will contain exclusive content for PS3 users. It will add 60 minutes of extra gameplay, though at the moment have not mentioned on any details what it will be about.

Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag will released on PS3, Xbox 360, Wii U and PC later this year

Are you guys excited for the next entry in the Assassin Creed franchise or do you feel they are rushing it a bit and making the franchise a bit stale with yearly entries? Let us know in the comments.
